Our pasta is made in small batches right here in Belfast, Maine, from as many local, organic ingredients as possible. The pasta is shaped with bronze dies, which gives it rough edges ideal for absorbing sauces. Batches of pasta are slow-dried, which preserves the flavor of the wheat and gives the pasta a great texture.

Our fresh pasta comes in plant-based, compostable packaging, which means no plastic ends up in landfills or the ocean.

We make fresh pasta to order at a local commercial kitchen (housed in the United Farmers Market building in Belfast). It doesn’t get any fresher than this.
